Back Orders / Unavailable

When an item is not available due to backorder, sold out, discontinued, etc on an order with multiple items, we will ship the remaining portion of your order. We will then notify you of the unavailable item. When an item is unavailable you have a few options:

1. Receive a store credit to be used at any time towards an exchange item. Please contact us regarding shipping details.
2. Receive a refund for the value of the backordered item(s). This process may take up to 24-36 hours.
3. If a product has been discontinued and therefore cannot be backordered, the purchase price of the item will be automatically refunded.

All other items will be shipped and/or backordered according to the details outlined in our policies.
