Return Refund Policy

Our Return-Refund policy here is Customer Satisfaction, our number one priority.
Every product is thoroughly examined for any defect or damage before we ship out to our customers. However, in the event that the product(s) are found defective, broken or you are unsatisfied with the product(s), we will gladly exchange or refund. If merchandise arrives broken, please let us know immediately, so we can contact shipper. Shipping and handling charges ARE NOT refundable, unless the item is damaged or defective. Additional shipping and handling fees will be applied for all other exchanges.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Open a ticket at the Help Desk or email us at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form. Returns without a RMA will incur a 10% restocking fee in addition to any fees indicated below.

Any products that have been used, display excessive wear, are dirty, have pet hair on them, dog fence wire removed from the spool, used dog fence flags, or other signs of prolonged use are not eligible for a refund. The following products due to health and sanitation issues, if used or opened are not eligible for refunds:  Doggie Dooley products.

Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If your product was shipped directly from the manufacturer, we will provide you with the address for returning the product. If these items are shipped to us, we will charge you our cost of shipping the item(s) to the manufacturer or we may, at our option, refuse delivery.

Returns must be sent via a reputable shipping company such as UPS, USPS or FedEx and must have a tracking number.

Please include the following with the Return:

  • Copy of the original invoice or packing slip
  • Write your RMA number on the outside of the box
  • Send to the address we provided you

Any item(s) returned without proper notification and documentation will be subject to a 10% return fee. If you refuse delivery of an order or send the order back as return to sender, you will be charged the original shipping fee as well as the cost of return shipping plus a 10% restocking fee.

You should expect to receive a refund/credit memo within two weeks of your package being given to the return shipper. However, in most cases you will receive a refund/credit memo more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes us to process the return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund/credit memo once we’ve received and processed your return. All returns over $500.00 will be in the form of a credit memo (store credit) to be applied against future purchases.

  • Richell Pet Gates – 30 Days / 20% Restocking Fee
  • PetsStop – 30 Days / 15% Restocking Fee
  • Prevue Pet Products – 30 Days / 20% Restocking Fee (Must be unused and in original packaging)
  • GoPet Treadmills & TreadWheels – 30 Days / 30% Restocking Fee
  • Pet Step – 30 Days / 15% Restocking Fee
  • Ware – 30 Days with 10% Restocking Fee
  • Bark Buddy – 30 days
  • Essential Pet Products – 60 days
  • All other 30 days

All Clearance items are FINAL and DO NOT qualify for exchange, return or refund (unless damaged or broken, which will be refunded).
