Shipping Methods:
Shipping costs bulk orders cannot be calculated on our website. We will assemble your order and then provide you with the shipping cost. Please provide accurate billing and shipping information along with phone number and e-mail address in order to properly expedite your order and to notify you in case there is a problem.
Customer is responsible for all destination problems and costs (i.e. incorrect shipping address, absence of the recipient, etc.). We cannot guaranteed delivery schedule date for delays due to; insufficient information provided by customer; terrorism, riots, strikes or other labor disputes; civil unrest; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks; and natural disasters, such as violent storms, earthquake, floods, etc.
Shipping Charges:
We make every effort to charge only actual shipping charges based on the weight of the item(s) ordered, the dimensions of the package(s), the zip code the item(s) are shipping from and the shipping destination. Some items do ship “Oversized”. Oversized rates, based on the size and weight of the item(s) are automatically calculated into your shipping rates. Our shopping cart connects directly with UPS, FedEx and the USPS using our shipper accounts to calculate your shipping charges. You will find our shipping charges to be extremely accurate. However, if you find something that does not seem to be correct, please let us know and we will look into it immediately.Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping for several hundred products in our store. When you see the ‘free shipping’ on an item, that item will ship for free. Our offer is valid only for orders shipped within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Terms and conditions of this offer are subject to change at the sole discretion of petnfarm.com. We will show a separate shipping charge if product is not eligible for Free Shipping.Our Free Shipping offer does not apply to ANYWHERE outside the 48 continental United States. The Free Shipping offer will only be honored via the service of our choice.
Shipping Outside The USA
Some of our manufacturers prohibit the shipment of their products outside of the USA. Those that do allow items to ship outside the USA will either void their warranties, or require the customer to pay any and all shipping costs associated with the return of the product even for warranty purposes.At this time Pet n Farm does not offer shipping outside of the United States.
